No — fuel is not included. You'll receive the bike with a full tank and return it with a full tank. This keeps things fair and transparent.
Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 is collected at the time of pickup. It is refunded when you return the bike in the same condition; it covers extra kilometres, fines, challans or damage, if any.
Standard pickup is from our store in Railway New Colony (near the Railway New Colony Arch, opposite SSV Food Hub), Visakhapatnam. For day bookings we can often deliver to the nearby Visakhapatnam railway station, subject to staff availability. Monthly rentals include free delivery within a 10 km radius. We don't deliver to the airport.
Yes, tourists are very welcome! Just bring your valid DL and one ID proof. We are especially popular with visitors heading to Araku Valley and Borra Caves.

Our standard packages are daily, but we can arrange short-term and hourly rentals on request — just tell us how long you need the bike on WhatsApp.
Our store is at Opp SSV Food Hub, Near Railway New Colony Arch, Main Road, Railway New Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh - 530016 — a central spot near the railway station area. All bikes are picked up from and returned to the store.
Call or WhatsApp us immediately and we'll guide you on what to do next. We're open 5 AM – 9 PM and don't offer roadside assistance, so for longer trips like Araku, start early and keep our number handy. Please don't keep riding a damaged bike.
